I’m not going to give you any tips on fitness, nutrition or mindset this week. Instead, I want to know exactly what you want to hear more of.

Make 2023 the year that you tackle what is most bugging you. What if you could get rid of your biggest stress? The biggest thing holding you back? The worst niggle about your body or something really knocking your confidence?
Every issue you feel. Every aspect of life that you dislike or struggle with. Even when we feel like there is no way out, I can confidently say (based on experience), there are likely tools to help.
